SZ-75 Brightener for sulfate zinc plating

SZ-75 Brightener for Sulfate Zinc plating is R&D and produced by our company. Its performance is reached advanced level of international same type brightener.

  1. Between the Zinc deposit and the steel wire has good adhesion strength and very low brittleness, it can reduce Zinc consumption to 2~8 % during wire drawing process.
  2. The range of deposit thickness is up to 50~200 g/m2 according to application requirement, suitable for continuous Zinc plating of normal, middle and high carbon steel as well as products drawing process.

SZ-88 Additive for curling plate and ribbon steel

SZ-88 additive can be used to high speed plating for curling plate, ribbon steel. It can be improved appearance and performance of Zinc deposit, mainly character:

  1. The silver-white in color and smooth for appearance of Zn deposit, it has good adhesion strength with organo-coating.
  2. The deposit has good toughness and ductility, the cracking-free of deposit during deep process of parts.
  3. High cathode current density allow value, when the 0.3-0.5m/sec of moving speed and 30-40℃ of temperature, cathode current density can up to 70-100 A/dm2, when increased moving speed and temperature up to 150A/dm2.

The provided for performance of deposit mainly is due to put in additive, caused to grain structure of zinc deposit change from slice to pillar. It is demonstrate by SEM and x-ray.

JZ-1 Alkaline non cyanide zinc plating process

The zincate zinc plating bath containing JZ-1 additive has simple electrolyte component, easy to maintain, stable performance and strong regeneration ability.

ZN-160 Bright cyanide zinc plating process

  ZN-160光亮镀锌适用于高中氰、低氰和微氰镀液,且能耐较高温度,具有如下优点:

  1. 在相当大的镀液浓度及操作条件范围内均可生产出良好的产品。锌允许在7-35g/L间变化,而氰化钠可有5-70g/L之变化范围。
  2. 在滚镀和挂镀之下均可产生光亮的镀层。它所能形成的光亮镀层及使用经济等是它显著的特点。
  3. 镀液非常的稳定,不含醛类,使用温度可高达52℃。
  4. 在低电流密度区有相当好的分散处理性能。
  5. 本添加剂的氰化物镀锌槽液组份简单,维护容易,性能稳定,再生性能好。
  6. 出光速度快,整平性能好。
  7. 镀层外观光亮细致,铬酸盐转化膜处理性能良好,钝化后色彩鲜艳,抗蚀性能好。

CnZ-96 Brightener for zinc plating
  1. Wide bright zone. It can be plated mirror bright deposit at 0.2-2 A/dm2 current density range.
  2. Excellent throwing power. It can be obtained bright deposit has good mean plating ability on complex parts, especially suitable for barrel plating.
  3. Suitable for low chromium passiva-tion. It may be reduced pollution of Cr+6 more than 90%.
