HLN Additive for nano nickel plating

Saving time, saving materials. The nano deposit has high fillness, density is can be obtained by this process, deposit also has excellent corrosion resistance. Its protection performance have reached traditional process level (CASS test result), but the time is only 40-60% of traditional process and material (Ni anode) consumption is only 50-70% of traditional process.

Process procedure simple and high product efficiency. It only need depositing nano nickel and full bright nickel, need not depositing semi-bright nickel and high sulphur nickel.

Operating simple, easy control. It can be obtained uniform nano deposit in 1-10 A/dm2 current density range.

Bath system stable, not easy to decomposition. Adopted less than 100 nm of nano powder which uniform dispersed to bath. Not easy to filtering out from filter, without effect for appearance.

Covert bath process simple. It can be directly used in normal nickel plating bath.

94-Additive for high sulphur nickel

The semi-bright nickel deposit has micro cyclical structure. Low porosity, containing sulphur content is lowest (<0.005%). The potential relatively normal, more than about 120-150 mV to bright nickel. It has excellent corrosion resistance.

The deposit has good leveling ability and ductility, it is an ideal intermediate layer for anti-corrosion and decoration deposit.

Available to plating parts includes motorcycle, automotive and bicycle, which are exposed in hate environment.

The high sulphur nickel deposit is a negative potential sacrifice type deposit. It sticks between semi-bright nickel deposit and bright nickel deposit, thickness of deposit is only 0.5-2¦Ìm.Can not be used as decorative deposit of surface. Add content is 6-10ml/l.
